Didn't really like Freddy's,It was exactly like steak and shake, only twice as expensive. Freddy's has good eats ,but for the price I'd prefer winsteads.

Ask for a brownie delight got home and realize I received a chocolate sundae. Had to ask for whipped cream and cherry. Very disappointed the girl at the window very rude.

Freddy you got some explaining to do..... Lol, get it instead of Lucy, Freddy? Anyways I went into the store about 9pm the lot outside was filthy you can see ice cream just spilled right outside the entrance doors and when I go to receive my order the outside of the cup had ice cream all over it, the lid had ice cream coming out the top and the young man went and got a paper sack and literally just put it inside the sack and sent me on my way, and on my way I went. My jawline was nearly hitting the floor as I received the paper sack from him. They were however very kind so I'm sure they were possibly short handed and just need to re hit 🎯 some training on production appearance and packaging.
