Went to return an item to get the same thing. Lady at customer service was rude not only me but several other customers. I shop there at least 3 to 4 times a week. Not anymore. I will go to Sun Fresh or HyVee.

I am a delivery driver for Walmart and had to wait over two hours for a customer's order. This review is not for the hard working associates filling the orders but for the management who could have scheduled better. As I waited, several other orders were filled and brought out. This was my 1st day delivering for this store and I will not accept any orders again from this location; that is so unprofessional. Your employees definitely need to find a workplace that respects and values their hard work and doesn't put them in situations like these. -- I wanted to speak with someone at the store about this but no one answers the phone. Again 10-8-21, nobody picking up the pickup phone and one employee coming out with an order every half hour. Even the Walmart superstores have their orders ready, not sure why this is allowed to keep going on. I've been waiiting over an hour. (Accidentally picked up an order for this location again). July 4th, 2022, a total turn around. I am so appreciative of the way this store has made the pickup process so much smoother. Thank you! Shopping, however is such a pain. I try to avoid this store because of the self checkout.

A brick cheese that is supposedly carried at this location was nowhere to be found. The other items I came for were easily found. But…. How long has this particular product been sitting on the shelf? How long does it take employees to notice it? Also, there is rather large section of vinyl flooring pulled up at the entrance door, posing a risk of tripping

This store is horrible! The carts are outside the inner set of doors and inside the doors is an automatic gate that keeps you from going back out the entrance. That's great except, I expected to grab a basket upon entering. There wasn't any. Then I couldn't go back outside to get a cart. I asked a customer where he got his and he suggested I ask someone where to get one because they're rarely at the front. The employee I asked said "I don't know." Helpful! Eventually I went to the check lane and asked a customer checking out if I could have theirs!!! The entrance and exit to this place is ridiculous. You better hope there's not a fire because good luck winding through the self check lane setup to get out with everyone else, not to mention the pallets sitting all over the place with no one attending to them!
