KC TRUCK DRIVER
Used delivery service from this location quite some time now and spent a lot of money with them. Pizzas are always great and fast service but today they have no drivers till 6pm and the person I spoke to was not informed on Door Dash or other optional delivery services plus she did not seem at all interested in helping me get a pizza ordered for pickup by a delivery service so we will be buying pizza from Pizza Hut and Papa Johns for awhile.

According to the hours (that show as verified by Domino's), delivery is available until midnight. I'll admit I submitted a late order -around 11:45. However, it was a small order (2 pizzas) to a location within 2-3 minutes from the store, and I included over a $5 tip. The online order went through fine & I received confirmation only to be called and informed the location no longer has a delivery driver available after 10 pm. I would have understood if the driver was just backed up with orders. To be allowed to place an order when a driver apparently hasn't been available for over an hour is unacceptable, though. On top of Domino's raising their Delivery Fee to $5, this location never seems to be well managed or concerned with customer satisfaction.

Almost 3 hours after placing my original order (had to re-order 2 separate times) I showed up on the SECOND trip to find the doors locked. I originally placed an order @ 6:18pm, missed a called 10 minutes later saying they cancelled my order because no drivers were available, called back and verified I could do carryout instead and they could re-place my order. 20 min later they called back and said they couldn't find the original order. I attempted to reorder over the phone and they quoted the order for $20 more, and said they couldn't match online pricing over the phone. So I placed the order online again @ 7:06pm. Went to go pick up the order @ 8pm. When I arrived they said it would be at least another 30-60 minutes because there were 4 orders head of me. I went back home and waited until 9pm to go back. When I arrived at 9pm the doors were locked and no one was FOH. I saw people walking in back and knocked on the glass and the "manager" walked up and said all his employees walked out so all he could do was give me whatever he had leftover and not picked up. My order was never made. I got a medium cheese pizza( Luke warm), a cold medium thin crust sausage and green pepper (that was being cut when I originally went to pick up my order an hour beforehand) and two orders of warm breadsticks. I would've preferred just getting a cancel notification so I could've found somewhere else to eat.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered several pizzas at 10:20 pm Dec 28th. After checking tracking and there was no change. I called the store by this time it had been 1 hour. I'm nice when I call to ask about our order the guy on the phone said "oh we don't have a driver so I didn't make your order" I then said you couldn't have called and asked if I could change to pick up? He said well you could have just done pick up. I said I didn't know you didn't have a driver. He was very Arrogant I'm annoyed by this time and said so let me get this straight you did not make my order yet you had no decency to call me and tell me and he said no I decided to do inventory instead. I will never order from the store again I will never have a good word to say about this store again and the kid who answered the phone Lawrence needs a new job
