I had an order for delivery and I waited 40 minutes then called the store and they said it was out for delivery. So I waited another 20 minutes and called again and the store told me it was a carry out order when I put a tip and my address on it. Terrible custom service

We had a few issues with the online ordering system not sending an accurate order to the store. They promptly fixed the issue. Even though our pizza wasn’t exactly what we ordered it was still delicious. We have always had quality food when getting delivery from here. Customer service is also always great.

I usually request curbside pickup because I am disabled and it is difficult to manage a cane, purse and a large pizza box getting in and out of the car. The last two times I ordered, after a long wait (20 min) I ended up having to go inside to get my pizza. When I arrived I was notified that my pizza was ready, but four walk-ins arrived separately and were helped while I was waiting. I feel that if you offer curbside delivery everyone should be helped in the order they arrived.

I placed two orders. Waited one hour (as quoted). When I arrived, only one order was ready. They said the other transaction "got voided by mistake". No apology whatsoever! I had to ask them to put my other order back in the warmer while I waited an additional 15 minutes for them to make my other pizza. This is a very rare instance at this location. Service is always great here and prompt. They really dropped the ball yesterday. No care or concern whatsoever for their mistake. Very poor attitudes from both ladies working register and pizza oven respectively.
