Said to come in now and they could take care of my request. I arrived and asked several questions about registering my vehicle and she offered much appreciated advice. I’m sorry to say that this place USED to be a honest and trustworthy place, and the work was done right for a good price. Sorry to say that it’s no longer the case. Took my sons Jeep in on Saturday for a simple inspection and mind you my husband works on cars and knows what he is doing, and has often worked with the them on what they would fix sometimes and he would on other vehicles we have brought in there. Anyway got a call that had found several things wrong that were not wrong example being new shocks that we had just put on. When called out on it. All of the sudden we’re fine. Had it inspected at another place and long and behold the two other things that were supposed to be broke weren’t. Not like we already didn’t know because husband had already replaced them! I realize that business are having a hard time sense the pandemic started but this is not the way to conduct business. You lost a customer that has done business there for years, and will not be recommending anyone anymore. Be careful seems like making up stuff to get in the pocket book will be the new thing. Very disappointed!

Truck was broken into (manual locks) and after asking for an estimate, was told it would be $100 just to tell me how much it would cost... for further context there is nothing operationally wrong, the handle itself needs to be replace and apparently it takes 100$ for someone to make a price estimate on that. Received 3 estimates from 3 different shops within 5 miles all of which were free; one of which literally laughed out loud and said,"they must've saw you coming" when I told him about the $100 fee for an estimate. KC Complete Auto appear to have one goal - take advantage of anyone and everyone in way possible
