On may 25 2018, my girlfriend bought a greyhound bus ticket in Spokane WA. To Coosbay Oregon. Because of a major time lapse due to a late driver, the bus arrived in Eugene Oregon an hour and a half late. A separate carrier bus line left Eugene on schedule to arrive in Coosbay, which is the bus that my girlfriend should go been on! Except, instead was dumped off at the closed bus depot at 11:05 pm. With no access to secure areas or WiFi access to contact anyone. Luckily a Eugene police officer was worried enough to take her to the station where I was reached and was able to drive from Coosbay to Eugene and pick her up. As far as a refund goes, partial refund was returned but not the full amount that was paid for, for the service of delivery. Can I buy a ticket to leave from Roseburg Or to Reno
At this time the route continues way too long from Medford OR to Eugene through Drain to 101 Coast Hwy and then south to North Bend/Coos Bay, 6 hrs...compared to 3 hrs driving via Medford to Hwy 42 to US 101 Coast Hwy to Coos Bay/North Bend OR. Ugh!
There is no Greyhound from Coos Bay to Eugene,there is the C Cat Bus,it runs on Mon,Tues,Thurs And Friday from North Bend to Florence,there you can catch the bus to Eugene or go further up the Coast.
You can call the bus station at 6:30 or 7am and get the information
