I really wish these companies would pay their employees a much better wage so they would care to get the orders right. For the most part, the employees are plenty nice. The wage shortage just really affects this location’s service. Slow line movements and incorrect orders are not uncommon here. When the correct order is received, the food is always as good as any other Wendy’s.

The only reason I'm giving a 2 is they got my mom's order right. Attitudes of workers sucked. I requested a root beer and I'm not sure what it was. Maybe some type of diet drink. Would not recommend more due to attitudes of employees over accuracy of order.

A negative service just for the customer (lack of) service. They don't want to be there. I didn't know if I was done paying or not because I was just handed my card back with no word, and no receipt, the guy didn't even acknowledge me in any way. When I pulled up to the second window, it took several minutes (which is fine), but then I was handed my food without any word, eye contact, gesture or anything. It's always the weirdest experience.

So Nonchalant

My food was good and fresh. But the order taker got my order wrong. They just need to make sure that they are listening and paying attention. But I was able to get it corrected. Thank goodness I checked my order before driving off.
