Does it go by maryland atv laws. Like do I have to have my atv md registered with a title and insurance? Or is it just pay the fee and you're good to ride?

It's a pay and ride Park ,I like it my son loves it ,it's never crowded and I think it's a safe environment for kids, I've met some friendly people there and rode with them through the trails. I can't wait to go again.
