This is a great park. The playground is divided across two levels for kids of all ages. The area has plenty of shade. Picnic pavilions are available for rental making it a great location for birthday parties. Across the bridge you'll find paddle boats for rent and people fishing for the day. Parking is not too expensive for entry and bathrooms are in the building across the bridge to the far side. There is also a little free library in this park. Grills are available at pavilions for cook outs. Plenty of trash cans as well.

Great park. Nothing else needs to be said. Trust me

It was a nice date night, we just talked and did the paddle boats. Very calming

Very nice park, convenient to access and great amenities. There are paddle boat rentals, gazebos, and multiple playgrounds.

Sorry I can't answer that one, I am not fishing.
Yes, although every time I go out they never go around to check. Kids are exempt.
You can bring your own.
No as she said. County. It is well maintained and a good fishing and picnicking park
I imagine you could, I haven't seen anything posted say that you couldn't.
No you do not have to pay to park. Just drive in and park. There is places for handicap but no one has to pay to park at this time. Was there last weekend and it was open to all!! Have fun. Great place. We loved it lots to do!!
They do accept electronics, but not in the dumpsters. There's special containers for them. The individuals that work there will tell you where to put them. Yes they are only open on Wednesday and Saturday.
I'm pretty sure the one I walked passed indicated $75. Most of them seemed to be rented when there, so I would suggest renting ASAP. Give them a call directly.
No you don't. There are many open pavilions.. The larger ones need to be secured in advance
People who Bass fish, always put them back unless they are taking them to stock another pond. I don't know anyone who has actually cleaned and ate a Bass but I grew up raised by pro Bass fisherman... Bass fishing is a sport for most and they are let go in the end as a unwritten code. Everyone likes catching a big Bass.. putting them back increases the population and provides a better chance of catching the big one. Gary Yamamoto sinkos are the best bait you can use, if you know how to use them. There are several affective ways but it depends on condition. Personally, I like using a Gamakatsu hooks. Again, Google/research how to use them.
Not sure when exactly the main gate opens but I like to run there at all times and there's a parking lot to the right before the main gate you can park in and go for a walk, run, or picnic until they open completely.
The lake stocks bass, blue gill, crappie, cat fish and trout in early spring/fall for catching.
You are not barred from the park. You can go in and walk all year round. You hav park your vehicle outside of gate during Nov - Mar.
If you get there early enough you can get in before the booth attendant gets there. They charge a 5 dollar parking fee which is not an admission to the park. That means you need a fishing license to fish the pond.
No
