No but if you take an animal in and it is something that needs to be address about financials they can give you things to work with or think about. They are way less than any other in the area. Their so called BED side manners are EXCELLENT and humbling in my 18 yrs experience with them I have absolutely no complaints ! They take care of my horses, dogs and large bird.

The blood bank is in Bowie. You can call them about donating plasma. Tidewater can't store blood, and can't "make" plasma from your dog. If they have a list to call for emergencies, they might get you to donate your dog's blood for an immediate transfusion. That's something that you'd have to stop what you're doing and go there for. Also, they can't match his blood, so it might not work.

It would certainly help if you had the records, but they are not necessary. The vets and techs are very good and thorough and will give your pet a complete checkup along with getting a verbal history of your pets past ailments and treatments from you.
