If you enjoy, snakes, spiders, mice in your stuff, this is the place for you! Jackie is one of the rudest managers I have ever encountered. We were coming from a long way to finish cleaning out our unit, so we called to confirm that we had gate access. Jackie, rudely told us we did not! Turns out my contract says I did have access. These people will lie and they definitely do not care about your belongings. Our bill will end up in small claims court.

Gates are open 7-7 regardless of office hours
The chick in the other car busted the gate open. Wow umm .... not sure what to do ... now the Gate is wide open if I leave .... I’ve been here for hours I gotta leave But the owner sucks first off there’s nothing posted on the inside for what to do if your locked inside. Secondly not even the police could get us out ?? This establishment needs some serious over haul on correct business practices ..... ridiculous
