Fairly decent facility units have been painted but interiors need updating. Make sure you understand the hours of operation. If they're not in the office, you can't get in. If someone calls in sick you can't get in. Great for storage. Not great if you need to get in and out of your unit constantly

My 5x 5 was only $ 41.00 a month 🤗 When I was with Extra Space Storage on Florin Road I was paying $104.00 a month for the same size unit . Derrels is very reasonable , I moved my belongings there in 2018 and they are still at Derrels today 👏🏾
