MedStar Health: Urgent Care at Charlotte Hall

Scheduled an appt and had a 4 hr wait to be seen. However the nurse provider was very apologetic and thorough with our visit. I thanked her for her time and dedication although it was a super long wait. Staff was very friendly and offered bottled water during our wait.

1st time there and it was a breeze. Appt time was 4:40 and I was out of there before 5:30. PA was thorough and professional.

Never received care due to the extremely Rude treatment by the front desk girl. I watched as she first was rude to other patients one of which was an elderly woman who had shared she had cancer and was unable to read the paperwork. Then after I waited 1 1/2 hrs was rude to me when then I walked out. As a RN I will not ever refer anyone to the medstar urgent care in Charlotte hall md.
