Over all the ppl were nice. Rented chairs and tables and the process was pretty smooth nothing out of the ordinary. I extended my rental over the phone because my family stayed longer then excepted, they were really comprehensive.

I didn’t want to go by what the rating posting are saying about this business, but I need to tell you to do a better research around and go by rating on the business . This place is totally losing my business and will never see me again in there place .

Worst customer service! I picked up chairs on Saturday and asked when to bring them back. The reply was that Sunday would be fine, and I confirmed that they were open on Sunday. Their hours are listed (on the web and on their door) as 10-4. When I arrived at 11:15, the store was closed. I called the number, the manager/owner answered, and informed him that I was there with chairs. I was told that in 5 minutes he would be there. Fifteen minutes later, I called him again. Yeah, I could leave the chairs on the sidewalk. No sir, I would like my deposit back. Five minutes later (so, I've been waiting 20 minutes), an employee without a key shows up. Then, the owner calls the lawnmower business next door to borrow $20 to give me my deposit. Owner/manager never showed up. I called him again to give him what for, and he hung up on me. (I will admit that I was heated. Who wants to talk to an angry, swearing individual?) I waited for 30 minutes for this crap. Clearly, he had better places to be than to be at work, which is listed as being open on Sunday. You don't want to work on Sunday, fine. Don't tell me you are. I was handled as an annoyance, and not a paying customer. Would not recommend.
