They have helped me with about 4 lawsuits in my life & they even got me in touch with a women's advocacy program that helped me get thru a tough time in my life once. They're currently assisting me with a U.S. Tax Court issue. Very professional and a huge help!

I was helped by Rose Garcia and she was an absolute gem! She went above and beyond to answer my questions and and reassure me through any doubt I had. I’ve been through domestic violence in my past and can often get anxious and overwhelmed. She effortlessly turned my mountain into a mole hill and encouraged me while explaining every step of the process. She was kind and patient while also being informative and efficient. I’ve been going through this process for quite a while now and have never felt as confident as I do now after speaking with her. I would definitely recommend New Mexico legal aid. The process takes a little patience but it’s worth it in the end. Thank you Rose Garcia for making such a big difference in my life today

Questions & Answers

If you bought some land with a partner, and now you want to sell and they don’t,what recourse do you have ?

Carolyn Powell | Nov 7, 2019
Kelly Ross | Nov 6, 2021

Let's think about land prices, should I have purchased land with team members, family, then a percent was sold there'd be a small profit. The rest of the land has taxes to be paid to keep the land left from the trade of selling some of that land. The taxes have to be paid every time the total due amount has to be paid The taxes help with the Income Tax returns for a year, & when taxes are due too.

Don't bother no one will help you it's all bs. I've contacted code enforcement, CYFD, and police. Trust me no one will help you it's all a front. They say you have rights but when you bring them any issue you'll get pushed around because no one is actually there to help and no one actually cares unless you got money, ONLY THEN will you be important enough to anyone. Least this my experience. Oh and you don't have any actual rights they tell you you do but again once you bring an issue to ANYONE!!!!! You and your issue will be pushed by the wayside!! Experience tells me this, I didn't need a lawyer! And don't tell anyone if your human rights are being violated they really won't care it's all a farce!

Yes, when you were convicted, you lost your civil rights, now you have to complete your sentence and 5 years of no trouble, you file to get them back
