Had issues with the sewing machine since I purchased it. The Bernina shop in Farmington never fixed the issue and they charged me $300 each time. I brought it to this shop, they fixed the problem!! I’m so impressed with the service I was provided and how the issue was FINALLY resolved. I’d recommend this place. Thank you!!!!

First contact was through the Bernina website, very prompt response by email. The dealer has great in stock inventory, was super helpful walking me through machines, well trained and clearly experienced. Great at offering multi-session training. Also, very easy to deal with regarding Bernina promotions. I live an hour away, glad to know they will ship accessories to me. I asked about service pricing, they are reasonable for yearly service. Glad to know I have a great dealer!

I placed an order for a panel on their web site. A few days later I get a notice that they are out of stock and my money is being refunded. Yet the panel is still showing on their website as available. Won’t be trusting them again.

Yes We can service all makes and models. To control the influx of machines we are scheduling service appointments. We have the same factory trained techs we have had for many years.
We do service all makes and models of machines. We might have your belt in stock but we would need to see your machine as we don't stock them by make and/or model. For an estimate to repair they'd have to look at it to see if it needs any specialty parts, but they have an excellent turn around time and knowledgeable technicians. I think a basic service without needing any parts replaced is $75-$80 + tax.
