The staff is helpful, avoid the seafood, wish the wall outlets were in a more convenient location for charging electric devices.

How is the staff? I got a tour the other day and they seemed unfriendly which i didnt like my brother has a lot of issues going on and it makes me feel uncomftorble

I was there for 4 weeks & 3/4 are really friendly but the other 1/4 are rude. Physical therapy & wound care are really super friendly but a few nurses are rude. I had to report a particular one for always treating me last & when asked why it takes so long she discriminated against me to my face for why I was there & what my ailments were & compared my injuries & issues to others & was basically told I wasnt as important as others & could wait until she was done getting everyone else medicated to get my meds. At times I'd have to go wait at the nurses station several times to remind them it was time for my meds before getting treated because my nurses bell would be rang for an hour with no response. Night nurses are way more attentive then the day nurses. I get days are busier then nights but still all patients deserve to be treated equally. Sadly If the patient doesnt have family to advocate for them its hard to get proper treatment. Sad but true.

My girlfriend was there for two weeks and it was not a good ok ok facility, Nurses are mean and rude, the nurse ignored her throughout her stay she just sick more she had to go back to the hospital.. I really don't like that rehabilitation facility

Had the same experience neverr use this hospital once you get in they don't want your insurance to leave so they keep you .

We came all way from out of town as soon as we heard about the emergency with our loved one. I have been more horrified an disgusted about the treatment of his imediate family an children. Does anyone have a heart!

Can a family member spend the night in the room with the patient?

anthony sisneros | Nov 7, 2019
Melanie D. Sena | Nov 7, 2019

No, for the most part because the rooms are so small. If for some reason your relative does not have a roommate they will allow you to but if they do no you can not. I was there for 2 months and was lucky to have my own room until the last 2 weeks and it's just way too small once 2 patients occupy a room to hardly even have more than 1 visitor at a time.
