I’m writing this from out of state since I made the huge mistake of giving one of my family members their number. Go to a real lawyer and one who I know personally Brian K Branch in Albuquerque

Treated my mom, terribly, and kept requesting documents they lost. Seemed unable (or unwilling) to complete a simple Will. I emailed the documents twice and offered to drive them to their office and hand deliver them. The originals were later found by a legal assistant, shoved in a drawer. The attorney was curt, abrasive and unprofessionally condescending. If this is how they treated my mother, it worries me how they treat elderly citizens who have no choice but to rely on their legal services.

I do not recommend hiring Marsha Shasteen. She is rude and disrespectful towards her clients, as well as lazy, incompetent, and completely unprofessional in her behavior. She handled my case very poorly and never accomplished to effectively resolve my case. Marsha Shasteen is a complete failure as an attorney.

Got no help at all with a Landlord Tenant issue. Claire Padilla Silver was quite rude and not supportive. She told me I would be evicted and lose Section 8!!! If you are not there to help seniors why are you there??? Look anywhere else if you need help.

I had same problem with MVD, if you have a document with the name you are using or have been using for many years, or want on your BC, has to be from when you were six years of age or earlier. you can go to Bureau of Vital Statistics and ask them to change your birth certificate to match the name you want. School record, BC, parents divorce decree with you name listed, shot record, baptismal etc. I had my moms divorce decree listing her kids my name and age 6 was listed, they changed my BC, MVD accepted new BC.
