My son and I started visits here and we have nothing but good things to review. The visitation facility is very new and clean. The women are professional and nice to us. There’s plenty of rooms to play in, clean new toys, and a nice clean updated kitchen. They even have a yard for the kids to play in.

My income with SSI and ssdi was 514$ monthly and I was charged over 800$ month for a few hours a week..do the math.this should be illegal to do. They are supposed to do sliding scale.

I overpaid them and when I tried to tell them they refused to look at their own books and cancelled my visits. They side with the mother no matter what and have the worst people skills. As a male you walk in and feel like you are being looked down on and treated like a criminal. I hope this place gets shut and someone with better personality and better morals opens something more geared towards rebuilding families. Too bad I cannot rate them lower than this.

This place looks like a crack house. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They won’t answer the phone when you call and half the time you go to their facility, nobody will be there. Communication is all but nonexistent. The staff are completely unqualified and would be better suited flipping burgers at McDonald’s. It is a miracle a child hasn’t been mortally wounded while under their supervision.
