Pretty helpful and moderately responsive. The application process is detailed and a bit long.

It’s been one problem after another while trying to apply for the childcare. It’s been a month and a half and they still say to give them 10 more days. It will be 2 months (if I’m lucky) to get results here. I am exhausted and frustrated. Wouldn’t recommend.

These folks work their behinds off!! They have insane work loads- especially during the pandemic- but they make honest attempts to help each parent/client! NM does it right with their child care assistance program!!

As a single father who newly moved here with my 10 year old, the assistance is poor and a joke. I'm not even applying for assistance, Im asking for resources on summer programs. Because there is so many kids they have to do a lottery, so what if my child does not get selected? That's means I will have no choice but to miss work, because day cares here are as expensive as my rent. There are summer camps which are even more expensive. For someone new here I was hoping to get more information, instead I have been hit with attitude because I'm a father, because I work Monday through Friday, and my hours are longer than there hours at this office. I get to wait for hours on weekends while they joke and relax, I'm just looking for information. No one really cares!

If they miss more than five days with no calls or explanations your case could be closed.
As long as you can show your working like paystubs then yes
There is a number you can call if there are complaints it is on their website. This place is for child care assistance.
Depends on ypur circumstances. Did it close because you didnt submit docs or recertify in a timely manner? If this js the cade you need to reapply as a walk in bases. If your closed do to an other issue you may want to contact your case worker or supervisor directly.
They can offer assistance the best they can information wise but out of state physical work would have to be in the state you are in .. Or look to Google for local help with c.p.s
If you take the commanche bus to menaul you will walk just a little up the frontage road and find it.
Contact the school you're interested in and get information from them.
45 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes. Depending on what time of year it is August and may are high volume months expect long wait times.
Call and ask how to report the abuse asap!
They help me with daycare. Very nice people, super helpful.
