Horrible service. Caused damage to personal property and won't take responsibility. Edit to add that it is now two months later, Tim was condescending and unhelpful, and our sales rep Shawn has now hung up on us twice and is refusing to remove their faulty containers from our property, which we are currently holding in place with wood so they don't cause more damage.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! After years of so so service, they recently decided to switch out our metal containers with much lighter ones, without any notification to us. These new containers immediately rolled into two of our employees' cars, causing significant damage. Suburban Carting is claiming no responsibility of the thousands of dollars worth of damage that they caused. Stay away from this awful company!
