Lou is amazing! I was stuck between two bikes and he stayed with me 2 hours after closing and went on a ride with me to make sure I made the right choice. He carefully set up each bike to my specifications before the test rides. You can tell he just loves bikes and wants to make sure his customers have a great riding experience.

If you want to feel like a mountain bike superstar this is the place to go. Service is one on one and Lou gives you his full time, knowledge and attention to detail for each rider. We talked for a half hour about why I was there and what we were looking at before we even sat on a bike. Once we did he took the time to explain each part. How it changes performance and how to tune it. We did a few laps on the test bike and each time he turned the shocks to my weight and what I wanted to feel from the bike. After about an hour of talking bikes of all kinds. I felt that not only was I buying a bike but I was buying the shop and Lou's expertise and care for each bike. I was happy knowing that this was the guy I'd be able to bring my bike back to and he would have the attention to detail to get it fixed right. If your in the market for a high end mountain bike not much competes with IBIS and Santa Cruz.
