We were referred to Terra Tile by our contractor when we had 3 full baths and kitchen redone. We were super lucky in having Sophia Multari assist us when we visited the showroom for the first time (without an appointment, we weren’t really expecting anyone to help us but Sophia graciously guided us through the showroom and presented some options). We had some decisions to make before returning for a formal appointment! The variety and options available can very easily become overwhelming. An expert opinion is sometimes what we need! Sophia listened to what we wanted and worked very patiently with us to ensure we would be happy with our selections. Once we had the measurements from our contractor, she coordinated our tile orders with precision. Sophia was always prompt with returning emails also (even on her days off). Returns were easy! We also ended up having Terra Tile fabricate and install all the quartz countertops. They’re stunning! Add to all this, the pricing was very competitive. I would recommend Terra Tile and Sophia to anyone who needs this sort of service/materials!

Never a “hello may I help you”. Never “im with a customer, be with you shortly” even when no one is there, They purposely ignore you. Every time. Have been there a multiple times within 15 yrs, with the hopes customer service is better, but unfortunately always the same lousy indifferent crew

We had such a great experience at Terra Tile. We worked with Sandi who is a wiz at her job. We told her what we were looking for for our backsplash and she helped us pick out some tiles. After we showed her our counter top she came up with the perfect tile. She sent us home with tons of samples and we wound up choosing the tiles she suggested. She’s is a lot of fun to work with but she really knows her stuff. She educated us on every facet of how the tile should be set and maintained. That is the only tile place we will be using in the future!!
