We flew in from Denver, Co specifically to meet with the woman that has been helping with my daughters wedding and she didn’t bother showing up for our meeting ! It was a beautiful place but it felt like a wedding factory - not caring about the individual couple just another couple getting married ! I was very disappointed how Briar Cliff Manor treated us ! It’s a factory that pumps thru weddings

Went to a fantastic wedding here. Great food, great service, place was top notch. Special shout out to our server Andrea (Something with an A), we had a dairy allergy and she made sure our food came out custom without the dairy. Greatly appreciated that!
