We tattoo under 18 with parental consent as well as proper documentation. (Drivers license or drivers permit, school ID and birth certificate or yearbook, passport or state ID as well as parents ID)

As long as a parent or legal guardian is present and signs we will pierce a minor. If the adult feels that their child is mature and competent enough to care for such piercing.
