My HP laptop crashed, could not restart. Scott told me to bring in computer' He did the troubleshooting maintenance, recovery maintenance. Also did system restore, system checks, and applied optimal settings. Now my laptop runs like new. All work completed by the next day at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Egghead Solutions for any computer hiccups.

I have a printer that is not printing clearly. My techie family members think the printer and my laptop are not compatable but they were working for awhile. I have an Asus laotop and an HP office jet pro 6968. Could you help me with this problem?

Yes - it is not a matter of compatibility between your laptop and the printer… it’s the printer itself. Have you tried cleaning the printhead? This function is available on your printer menu under Setup>Printer Maintenance. Please try this and then give me a call at 610-762-1891 on Monday.

I have a ROG ZEPHYRUS DUO 15 SE GX551, I'm looking to get the fans replaced and the battery pin replaced on the motherboard. Is that something you would be interested in doing?

The fans can be replaced as long as I am able to find suitable alternatives, but I'm not sure what you mean by the battery pin. Are you referring to the connector on the motherboard where the battery plugs in? Unfortunately, I do not perform board-level work (soldering) so I don't believe I would be able to help you with that.

Hi. I have a ZTE Trek 2 k88 which I reset without backing up my Google account. I don't remember the Google account nor is there a back up email or phone#, so I'm locked out. Can you help me? There is nothing on the tablet that I need.
