[4th Visit, SEP 5, 2022] check-in & get a door at the gate via intercom (kiosk not working) —-> park & wait for loading at the dock (make clean trailer inside, remove any stuff out of the trailer) —-> paperwork at the other gate via kiosk *** early check-in available *** no overnight parking *** quick loading *** kind office worker take a truck lane #1 or 2 —-> check-in at the gate via calling (kiosk is not working) —-> let them know PO #, broker name, trailer #, & driver’s phone # —-> get the door (sometimes, park in the yard & wait for phone call) —-> park & wait for the loading —-> move to the gate on green light (sometimes, staff gives you phone call) —-> check-out at the exit gate via kiosk (1-1/2 hrs)

You can usually get in and out fairly quickly. I would like to see better signage for the shipping and receiving doors. Google maps is wrong on the entrance location for trucks.
