This VENUE! is a horrible place to do your venue I DO. NOT. recommend at all. The small little “man” will steal your money. He acts all nice and says yes and okay to all your needs for your event and as it gets closer to the day of your event he will randomly up charge you. The day of the event he was taking pictures of our guests coming in(creepy) l,1HOUR LATE wasted for cocktail hour cause he wanted the groom there first for no good reason. Then at 9 pm they shut down the bar cause an “underaged person” was getting drinks we asked who this person was and wouldn’t say who mind you the bartender did not ID anyone AT ALL the entire night

If you are thinking to use this venue for any event, please just read the reviews. These people are unprofessional, shady, and disrespectful. They tried to scam the bride and groom of all their money and cancel two days before the wedding. Since the owner did not get his way, he did everything in his power to make it miserable for the entire group. The arrogance and disrespect of Henry and his staff is unbelievable. From threatening the father of the bride, to trying to cancel last minute, to actually shutting down the reception two hours before the scheduled time because of his staff's own negligence, these people do NOT deserve your business. If you want a successful and carefree event, this is NOT the venue to book. One star is too good of a rating for these people.

Beware!!! This so called business man, Henry, will make your special event a nightmare!!! My sister and her husband booked their wedding reception at his Garden Grove banquet hall in the Cedarbrook Business Park (pretty sketchy that you can't find the business name anywhere on yelp or online). The week of the wedding he decided to upcharge my sister for no reason, other than the fact that he has the power to cancel her event literally 2 days before her wedding. He kept changing the prices for certain things and they had no choice. He's a scam artist and do not do business with him or anyone there. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional of him, the way he treated my dad and everyone involved with the planning. He didn't let us set up the hall or even drop things off the night before like he originally allowed, we had to wait till 12pm the day of the wedding. He didn't allow guests inside for cocktail hour until the groom arrived, so that was a whole hour wasted that was already paid for. When we were walking in the hall, Henry was hovering the doorway watching every single person come in and was actually recording or taking photos on his phone. Super weird. The venue's food was cold, salad consisted of about 2 pieces of lettuce and a carrot with a drop of ranch. Some people didn't even get served a plate. Others had the portion sizes of a toddler. The servers were actually nice and helpful but there were only 2 so it took a while to get served. The bartender made a scene to the groom mid-dancing and closed the bar 2 hours before the event was done because of "underage drinking" yet he wasn't ID'ing anyone the whole night. He also made weak drinks. Safe to say this guy and his venues are trash. Yelp needs a 0-Star option!!!

Was invited to my Good friends daughters quincenera (15) and the place was TOP NOTCH 👍🏽 the room was plenty enough for large guest and huge dance 💃🏼 floor a plus! It has a stepped up stage for the quince and her Entourage with a table of three own on one side...a separate stepping stage to the right for the cake to be displayed facing the crowd. 🎂 It has a gated outside area with plenty of tables if you want to socialize without any of the party noise from the inside. Parking was ample enough for a huge group of 200+ guest...and plenty more on the same plaza area. The place was super clean restrooms and all. The extra staff that came with the service were very professional. I tipped 💰 the bartender and he hooked me up with a little more of a shot 👍🏽 Over all our experience was very professional at FIESTA MAX!
