Marisol saved my day! I went to this specific Party City on October 15, Friday, to buy balloons for a birthday party on the following Saturday, October 16. The store was crowded and the associates very busy. I bought the balloons, had them filled and when I went to my car, because of the wind, some balloons got mushy. I came back to the store, an associate refilled them and, when I was about to leave the store I noticed that one of the balloons was getting deflated. I decided to go back to that associate, but she was busy.: Then I saw Marisol and asked her to help me. She left everything she was doing, took my balloons, refilled one by one to their full capacity, and replaced one balloon which was defective. I was very impressed by her perfect customer-service skills, very rare these days. Thank you, Marisol. I hope your managers see this review and give you a promotion. You deserve it.
