They are impossible to get a hold of! I've been trying to reach them for weeks. They're no longer under the phone number listed above and the number shown outside their building just leads to a voicemail that seems to be to the void since they NEVER call you back. Nothing makes apartment hunting more frustrating than places being absolutely unhelpful like this.

Grande apartments has been my residence for three years. During those three years I have experience emails not answered and calls not returned. I've have many many issues. Yellow fluid leaking from the tenants bathroom into mine, broken refrigerator, sewer issues with my bathroom sinnk, the bathtub and and tiles was coated with paint that constantly pealed and my car was vandalized and of course the building isnt equiped with cameras. I was having heating issues in my apartment. The maintence requests I would send out will all closed without the situation being rectified nor anyone contacting me. The tenants will smoke in the hallways and outside the entrance. The walls are very very thin I worked nights and all day during the day was a dog that cried and jumped in the apartment above me; as per management a no dog residence. The property manager, Neil, is very very unprofessional. I have been over talked and hung up by him a few times. If being a property manager requires that kind of attitude I'm sure a lot more people will have jobs.I just never expected this kind of treatment and I was very disgusted. One conversation with him he stated that he didn't want to talk to me anymore and I need to seek legal advice. I believe the tenants that don't have a problem with management are the ones residing there before new management took on.

this place will get zero stars from me. this place is terrible do not move here!!! super unprofessional. the super Alex came inside my apartment while my husband and i were working to check a leak that the tenants below were complaining about and he broke our brand new television! the management company did not care and did not even bother to address the issue. and now we just experience 4 days with our electricity going off and on through out the night and our groceries were ruined and once again the management company never called me back to address the issue. save your money and rent elsewhere please!!!

There are numbers inside the side entrances that have numbers to the rude maintaince staff but the main number to the office is dropping calls every time its dialed... so the office cannot be reached.. The email I had for Abbey is also no longer valid.. Sorry
