My NP called me at 9:50 for a phone apt that was scheduled for 9.I had to decline the appointment due to another doctor calling at 10. Never got a call back I was told I had to reschedule. I rescheduled and I msg in the date n time on MHV and the nurse called me the morning of the apt to tell me the NP is running late but will call me. Never got a call!

I showed up 15 minutes early to my first VA appointment at this clinic. I drove over an hour to get here since this was the closest clinic. Upon check in, I was promptly told that someone should have called to cancel my appointment as the labs were closed. Then, they asked me when I wanted to reschedule……nope!!! Steer clear of this clinic. Lost a half day of work and paid the crazy gas prices to get here for nothing.
