Love the scan and go. Customer service seems to have improved. Although I don't use the continuous scan feature on scan and go anymore ...it was scanning items multiple times then when I went to fix it I somehow ended up deleting more than what I was supposed to. It was sort of embarrassing, the employee at the door didn't make it that way..I just was...I knew what had happened but yuck...stil embarrassing. Yes 3 gallons of milk are very obvious and no I did not intend to delete them. It was just frustrating because I remembered picking up certain items to find the barcode or just turn the item so I could scan it and then it wasn't on there. I know they want you to count them but I had so many items that day and with trying to fix the things that scanned multiple times in error. So ...no more continuous scan. I have been back a few times since and have not had any issues and I think it is because I stopped using that continuous feature. I realized the continuous was at least part of the issue when my older child almost had me paying for 2 bags of dog food and multiple items for other things as well. Being a higher priced item the dog food was easy for me to spot that my total was too high. Which was funny because I'd asked him to do it because of the last time where I was embarrassed and I didn't want to mess up and do it wrong. I still love Sam's for the parking, prices and especially the scan and go.

Tires needed were in stock, decent price and technicians ready for my appointment. Customer Service is understaffed and slow, which lead to long waits. Fortunately, I was the first appt of the day so checking in was not too bad but then I had to wait an additional 20 minute after my car was done for the gentleman to wait on the line that had accumulated. It was frustrating to know my car was done but no one would come help me. I was paid up, all they had to do was hand me paperwork.
