How do I find out the manger's information? WHY ARE MEMBERSHIP CARDS BEING CHECKED AT THE DOOR!?! It's so inconvenient, I've had only negative interactions with staff having to check. I used to love being able to just walk in without a hassle.

They've been doing it. Especially now with the sams + membership as if you don't have the highest tiered one you have to wait until 10 to go in.
