This place is definitely a hit or miss …. mostly misses!! 3 out if f the 5 times we’ve gone there, they were out of something, French fries to bread to sauerkraut to even the “Arbys sauce”!! ….. But tonight was it, they gave us burnt/black burgers, when I returned them the employee said “well they aren’t supposed to be red Ma’am”, my response “they aren’t supposed to be black either” he eventually offered to remake my order, but did it with much attitude, especially when I requested my fries be replaced with hot ones!!

They have good specials. 2 classic roast beef for $6. They are so good with horsey sauce.

This Arby's is hit or miss...usually very abrupt service on the speaker box and normally food is pushed out of the window without interaction. The front counter & doors have about four signs each about everything and it's just a mess. The staff will not acknowledge you at the front counter. I say hit or miss because every so often, rarely, you will have a very friendly person who is attentive, kind, and cares about the quality of service and food. I would say living about 10 minutes from this location that I drive 30 minutes down to Leonardtown and trust the experience to be consistent there versus going to Charlotte Hall.
