I believe 6 stops are free. But they are in great areas for tourists.
Some of the lite rail line is free. I recently took to penguins game and was free. Station is close to hotel
Only some of it is free.
There are services (such as parking) that are free when you stay at the hotel. However, some services you will need to ask for. Sometimes whomever is working the front desk might not think too ask.
