Definitely understaffed. Linens in closet for sofa bed were dirty and completely inadequate. Front desk was good enough but no hospitality. Breakfast was sufficient. Location was good and view was good. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was excellent

Absolutely horrible. Dirty room and bathroom. AC made the room smell like a dirty locker room which clearly means it has not been cleaned out or properly serviced in a long time. We asked for our room to be changed and no one called us back for over an hour to let us know what the status of the request was. We ended up booking another hotel and as we left, no one even spoke or acknowledged us. This place is absolutely not worth the $200 we spent booking for one night for a wedding we needed to attend in Pittsburgh. Spend that money elsewhere.

STAY FAR AWAY !!!!! This hotel is terrible. The staff are super unfriendly and act like it’s the biggest inconvenience when you’re speaking with them . Bedroom and bathroom was dirty, bedsheets we’re stained . AC doesn’t work well and is extremely loud . It was extremely musty in there , I was missing parts of my blackout curtain so couldn’t sleep well. On top of all of that , I booked a 2 night stay over the phone for $170 each night . I was hesitant at first to book the second night because I wasn’t sure I’d be in town the second day but I was assured that If I didn’t book right away that the rate would go up . When I left the hotel I was charged $249 for the second night for a whopping grand total of $485.81 for a two night stay at this terrible place . There are many other options in the area that are way better . DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM !!!!

Room was great but there was a handful of hair in a bunch on the floor. Also, they charge $15 for parking when there's a large overflow lot. The lot by the hotel is regularly full, or has multiple vehicles parked taking up more than one space. If I'm expected to take my vehicle across the street don't charge me parking when you're also renting out spots to the neighborhood. (Sign was posted)

Yes we do it takes guest any where within 3 miles of the hotel
They only have specific rooms that pets are allowed into, they should be washing pet room sheets and such separate from the rest but from experience of working at a hotel sometimes they do not.
The cost for nightly parking is $15 per vehicle. We have 2 lots available, one being able to accommodate oversized vehicles and buses.
Unfortunately not, but it is very clean, friendly staff, and surprisingly quiet being next to a hospital

It's the best hotel We have stay at in a long time! I TOTALLY recommend it 👌
