I've stayed here 4 different times for business. Perfect location downtown with walking distance to everything, including baseball and football stadiums. Good gym, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Staff was fantastic. A gentleman was delivering towels and I asked for a firmer pillow and he was at my door within 5 minutes with the perfect pillow. Room was beautiful. So close to the convention center, it was fantastic.

The hotel seems recently renovated. Our room was nice and clean. The front desk was friendly and accommodated my request for a new iron very quickly. The breakfast at the partnering restaurant next door left lots to be desired both in options and friendliness. Coffee in the lobby would be a great addition!! Valet process upon arrival was easy. The price of 24$ is what I would expect in a big city. We had a back alley view and the noise level was moderate. Definitely got woken up a few times through the night by street noise. Great proximity to the convention center. Would stay here again!

Where do I begin with this amazing location? The staff are all friendly, accommodating, and always go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and special. To give an example, Shanna gave me a free upgrade on my first stay due to my platinum status/ availability and I didn’t even have to ask for it. Josh, Madison, John, Isaac are all exceptional at their jobs. At my last stay, Isaac also took the time to make sure I could book a room at the desk because I was having issues with the Marriott app. He was patient, focused, and kind as he assisted me with the situation! I was very appreciative of his customer service. Finally, Christina who is one of the supervisors was extra helpful, professional, and pleasant when I had a question about my hotel bill. I travel a lot for work and I have stayed in MANY Marriotts, including Courtyards. This one has been the hands down the best experience on multiple occasions, and it’s not even a close second. Don’t “sleep” on the courtyard in Pittsburgh- (as in don’t underestimate it!) Please sleep there though! You won’t be disappointed.

It's a fun walk between Heinz Field and the hotel, especially on game days. While it is a mile and can take 15-25 minutes depending on speed, there is plenty to see and do along the way! Sometimes the bridges close to driving traffic on Game Days, which makes the Courtyard still one of the most accessible hotels to the field aside from the North Shore hotels.
The cost is $29/overnight with in and out privileges. You just pull right up to the front door and the valet staff park for you. They give you a ticket so you can retrieve your vehicle whenever you need!
