Positive: The hotel was very nice. The room was really big, bed was really comfortable. The staff was really friendly. Negative: The air conditioning system. Once it reached the temperature I set it at the system shut down, when that happened you could hear everything around you the people in the hallway, and traffic on the interstate.

Friendly service in a typical Holiday Inn Express setting. Close to the airport with convenient shuttle service. Good free breakfast selection including the automatic pancake machine 🥞. Dinner really requires a trip by car (or a no-sidewalk stroll to a couple of options in the area).

Positive: Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was very clean (even the filters for the heater/air conditioner!) I was comfortable and though I saw other guests, I never heard any while in my room.

Shrinking Misfit

This hotel has to have the best staff that I've ever encountered. We came down from Columbus, OH to the Pittsburgh area on 2 separate occasions for family fun. Each time, the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. The blonde manager at the front desk was very friendly and personable and everyone else including maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast prep. Anything that we needed help with, they were more than willing to oblige and the food was fantastic as well. If we come to the Pittsburgh area again, we will definitely make a point to stay at this hotel. Thanks for making our visit so great!!!
