Stayed here twice and it’s been very comfy, located right near a bunch of food options as well. This particular 5-star review is for Erin, who works at the front desk. I had booked through a third party and the reservation didn’t quite connect. I had to hop on the phone with my credit card for an hour before things connected. Erin was working by herself at the front desk, dealing with multiple people with the same issue, frustrated guests whose room keys weren’t working, and ran upstairs to personally let them in to their rooms, I even saw her delivering additional pillows to another guest upstairs, etc etc etc. All with a genuine smile on her face. She was very kind and seemed totally unphased, kept a more-than-professional attitude where as I would have crumbled. Erin is a star, and she deserves this 5-star review.

This hotel was amazing! Shawn, the front desk person was amazing, he was kind and very helpful. The pool was amazing, would've like a hot tub too but it was still above expectations. The room was clean and housekeeping was very prompt. The room was a great price as well. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Robinson.

We lost electricity due to an ice storm and needed a warm place to stay. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute and were very helpful. Rooms a nice, big and clean. Beds are really comfortable. Very nice place.

I held a 3 day conference at the hotel. The staff could not be more helpful, they were always available when I needed them. The breakfast, lunch, and snacks were delicious (many of the offerings were home made in their kitchen). They offered vegetarian as well. The conference rooms was set up the way we requested. They even went above and beyond by finding a bar tender so our participants did not have to go out in the snow. We had 50 people travel from around the country, They were picked up at the airport, had a room and meals (we had to bring dinner in), and great service and were shuttled back to the airport. I would highly recommend this location for the individual as well as business traveler.
