Always a comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast and happy hour are included. Front desk staff, will always give a couple free bottles of water when asked, and typically have complementary travel items for the occasional forgotten toothbrush. Rarely ever have a problem, and when it happens, front desk is more than happy to help.

I was in town for business, so it was pretty nice for a downtown hotel. I never like the parking situation but aside from that the complimentary breakfast was fabulous and the room service was good if you don't want to venture too far out. The rooms are nice, but a had a slight problem with my bathroom. I did feel safe

Great Hotel! This hotel had very big rooms and a nice view. It was in a very good location and the service was great. The only drawback was the bathroom door in our room was broken and getting to the hotel to begin with was a little difficult but, our experience at the hotel easily outweighed all of that. Overall a great choice and a decent price for some of the other hotels directly surrounding it.

Excellent Walkable Location, fantastic views from the spacious rooms. The building is gorgeous. The staff is great and very accommodating. Some of the quietest rooms I've ever stayed in. The hotel was quite busy, but I never heard any noise in the room. The breakfast is better than your typical continental free breakfast. Love the valet parking, just text them when you need your car, and by the time you get downstairs it's there.

Hello Ahmad, We offer valet parking for $35 per night, with in and out privilege's. You are welcome to self park at any of the public parking garages. Prices can vary depending on day of week and amount of time parked in the garage and they do not offer in and out privilege's.

Uber is very good/ cheap in Pittsburgh. Though they can call you a can from the concierge desk.
I didn't see any either when I was there a couple of months ago and we did a bit of walking around while downtown as well.
