Positive: Was in town for the Fourth of July fireworks and couldn¿t of had a better location. The staff was great and the room was newly remodeled. Negative: The restaurant and bar or both closed for remodeling, so there was nowhere to grab a drink or dinner in the hotel itself. But, there were places nearby.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. They compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down. Very clean and great service! Easy parking with paid $30 a day. Booked 2 rooms by hotel com. A little problems with checkin, but the manager Anthony gave us a great hand. We will be back. Highly recommended to anyone!

The best aspect of the Sheraton at Station Square was the friendly staff. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower dripped constantly (see video), the hot and cold were reversed, and the shower wand didn't work. I slept with the bathroom door closed to eliminate the dripping noise. While my room remodel had been completed, other areas of the hotel were still being worked on. Some of my colleagues were in rooms in which the water was shut off between 8am and 4pm. On my second day I took a closer look at the coffee service (see photos) and found the build up of grease and dirt on the handles to be uninviting. For the remainder of my time I purchased meals and coffee elsewhere.

Really disappointed in the service we experienced this weekend. We normally love staying at Sheraton hotels and it is our hotel of choice. We were in Pittsburgh for the tattoo convention being held at the hotel and took rooms for the long weekend. We were not informed that almost the entire hotel was under construction including a decrease in services and the noise of demolition. But the greatest issue of all was the last night in our stay. The people staying in several rooms around us we partying untill 4:30 am and they only stopped because we had to make two noise complaints. The second of which they proceeded to scream at the desk clerk and loudly verbally threatened whoever made the complaint knowing it was us. We barely slept and it caused me great anxiety that if my husband had not been with me I WOULD NOT have felt SAFE leaving our room in the morning. When we brought this up at checkout the next morning, the desk clerk just told us he was sorry but he could do nothing about the situation. The construction workers protesting outside for safer working conditions really added to the ambiance.

Last time I was there was on a motor coach. There is a lot to the east.
Not anytime I've ever stayed it was amazing
Did not see any place for a motor coach. The parking is run by the city, a really small lot behind the hotel and parking ramp. I would call first and see if there is another area for them.
The pool is still closed
Main airport is.Pittsburgh Airport! I didn't have issues with traffic or anything but for your return flight, give yourself one hour for the cab ride or drive back to airport.
Hotel shuttles
I dont believe that they are unfortunately. But to be sure i would call and ask the customer service.
Yes but still have to pay
Not sure, but it's a excellent place to stay and the playces around it they're great. We are going back this Summer
Yes you can order via standard in room card or caling room service. Calling the morning of make take a while
The funicular is close by, giving an excellent view of the city. I think you can eat at one of the restaurants up there for around $10. What were you looking for? What is your spending limit? Walking/driving/bussing?
Call the hotel directly or via a provider
The Gateway Clipper Fleet runs shuttle boat service for games and events.
I'm not sure they have shuttle service, but you can catch the T (a trolly/subway combo) a couple blocks from the hotel. The T ends at Hienz Field, right next door to the rivers.
