This is an amended review to reflect the response of the business. I appreciate your sincere apology and recognize the critical importance of the care you provide each and every pet and parent. The time you take to assess each animal and answer every question is part of why I've trusted you to care for my fur babies all this time. I still maintain there was a critical lapse of communication when informing me of appropriate wait times that day. It's not that I mind waiting, but please stick your head in the door after 20 minutes and let someone know they haven't been forgotten. I truly appreciate and thank all of you collectively for the compassionate care you've provided my animals over the years.

I love this clinic. We take all 3 of our pets here. Today our golden Autumn did a routine checkup. The staff, as always, was outstanding. They are so friendly and helpful. I had some concerns about her dirty war and they heard me out and took care of her giving me a few options for care. These people are so friendly and at the end of the appointment they send a very detailed report that is excellent for records. THANK YOU!
