Staff was great. Breakfast was good hot food and all the muffins, bagels, fruits, cerals you could want. I like the room layout with office, sitting area and divider between bed and rest. If I had to want more it would be that the room is little loud. You can hear next door showers and AC is quite loud, may just be that it was very hot that day. Killer spot if you are going to game. Price was fair also. I would recommend and stay again for sure. Thanks to staff.

Very kind and professional staff when me and my brother went to ask about pool hours. AMAZING breakfast, pool was a bit chilly but it was fine, very comfortable beds, and loved the space. DEFINITELY would stop again. Also a big hit was PNC PARK right there. It was a great distance. like i said me and my family would definitely stop here again

This hotel doesn’t stand up to the Hyatt reputation. The location is fabulous but the quality of service, level of amenities, and general cleanliness and maintenance was lackluster at best. No one tells you that they don’t clean daily. There was one coffee mug for two people and I was told the don’t give extra mugs because their dishwasher was broken. The breakfast had sausage, tough pancakes and grits as the hot options.

the place was dirty, the toilet seat wasn’t even attached causing me to fall off the toilet cracking my head on the shower, which was disgusting, urine all over the outside the toilet and under the seat, we had to put towels down on the bathroom floor to even walk in there. On top of the great welcome, i contracted pink eye from the pillows/bed/couch, which had to of been dirty according to the hospital. and that was NIGHT 1. Woke up the next morning with my eyes swollen almost shut. Also no garbage bags at all. We won’t be returning to this hotel for our next stay. Never again. Not to mention they charged me 35 dollars extra after telling me it would be returned considering we checked out a night early and didn’t need a later check out time.

No, it is located on the north shore. You would either have to cross a bridge or take a free light rail train ride into downtown.
It is half a block fron pnc and a block from Heinz field. Perfect location.
During Pit games for sure, I was just there this past wknd. & got extremely annoyed by the trash & the tailgaters conned off spaces...please find a different parking lot!
3pm, but you can request early check in
Within the distance of the free shuttle.
Plan accordingly. I'm pretty sure there is limited availability in the winter until June, in case you were planning to go now. May is usually when the schedule goes to both Saturday and Sunday. And then it's full calendar availability starting again in June.
Not from the airport. They do have a shuttle-van for local sites around North Shore/Downtown (to the casino, football field etc.). When I was in Pittsburgh, took a cab from the airport (about $40).
NOP
Het the package with it or you have to pay up too 20 bucks
I don't know of any smoking room hotels anymore... Motels, however, there are plenty of those around.
You dont have to pay if your a registered guest
Doesn't get any closer, book it early the schedule just came out
I believe 6 stops are free. But they are in great areas for tourists.
If you visit the Lounge, double check your credit card statement and all bills . There were a couple of fraudulent charges made to my credit card.
I parked at the hotel. Much easier and safer.
