It is a pretty easy hike. It is a trail or path and not a sidewalk. There will be muddy areas, roots changes in elevation, etc
3 minutes max from the parking lot. Beautiful
The hike is just over a mile in and a mile out. It is primarily downhill on the way in and uphill on the way out. Difficulty level really depends on your fitness level. It's not an easy hike per say, like Anna Ruby, but it's not overly strenuous either. I've seen some people really struggle on it and others that wear flip flops. It's a beautiful hike and payoff. If you take breaks along the way, I'm sure you'll be just fine.
It is a solid hike with some considerable elevation change the entire way. There was a bridge out when i went early summer of 2018 as well which made for a somewhat tough but manageable crossing. Not terribly long, though, but it is sometimes often that the road is closed after relativlely serious rainfall or storms, as there is a shallow river crossing at the bottom. In that case, the hike to the trailhead itself can take around half an hour or more
