Beautiful location right on the lake. Quaint lodge feel. Very pretty grounds. Loved fishing off the dock. Poolside area was a delight. The room updates were cozy, spa like and relaxing. Will plan on staying again!

We stayed at The Ridges Resort during this Mother's Day weekend. While we waited on our room to get ready, it was suggested we eat at the Marina...OMG the service and food was amazing with enough left over to take with us. Once our room was ready we were elated to see the welcoming VIP treatment we received from the Staff. And, to top it off the Mother's Day Brunch had delicious food and live professional entertainment. I have to say this is the BEST Mother's Day yet for me. I can't wait to come back to enjoy the scenery and the feeling of rejuvenation and relaxation. I have already been referring others.

We didn't get much opportunity to experience the amenities. The food at breakfast was incredible. It wasnt fancy, but it was well made. The best grits I've ever had. The biscuits and gravy was some of the best I've had too. The service everywhere was wonderful. I would like to return one day.

The decor is nice, the room has plenty of electrical and USB outlets, and the bed is comfy. They're one of the few places nearby that allow dogs, but only in the non-suite rooms with no view. I asked for an extra pillow before I arrived, but didn't get it until the next night. If you're not in a suite, you have to use the public microwave because there isn't one in the room, though there is a small fridge. No breakfast, just a discount on the expensive buffet down the street. We had to change rooms our last night because the fire alarm in the hall was out of battery. No front desk after 10 pm and no maintenance overnight. Bathroom doors had white splash marks on them that were rather unappealing. Because of our dog, we will probably return, but otherwise it isn't my first preference. It was January, so outdoor amenities are not a factor for us.
