I never had a bad experience. I been living in this area for 5 years now. I have dine-in , carry out, drive thru pick up and use the delivery service. I love Pizza hut. I order for birthday parties, just because days when I don't want 2 cook etc.
We go to the Pizza Hut on Hwy 74 just below Fairburn (Senoia Road) and have consistently received good, prompt assistance at that location . Their food even seems fresher. Used to get our pizza at Union City and have had slow service from them. Then, one day, we were coming back to Fairburn on 74 and it was just more convenient to stop there than drive over to Highway 138. We didn't have any long wait times, received prompt and polite assistance.
I've never had that problem when ordering. They must be having a bad night
