Went to breakfast and order and Arnold Palmer drink. When the waitress brought it to me it had lent from the AC vent inside. I called her and asked her to change my drink and give me a water instead. When she brought me a glass of water, it had trash at the bottom of the glass. So I proceeded to get a bottle of water out of my car. She did not ask did I have an issue with the drinks I had order not just me but the company I was with. I would not recommend ordering drinks. They need to make sure they clean the AC Vents and they ice containers before serving.

We (party of two) walked in at 830 pm. There are hours left till close yet it seems that they have no interest in serving us. When we were seated, they brought us to a dirty table. I immediately asked if we could get a rag for the table as there was syrup still all over it but instead she walked us to a different table which was STILL DIRTY. We took the table because we were extremely hungry but looking around the restaurant, every table was visibly dirty and we were the ONLY customers. When sat, we asked for two waters and an orange juice. We never received the oj. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an app and a bowl, pancake combo, and a half stack. The mozzarella sticks and bowl came to the table in good time however, the pancakes and combo took ~45 minutes. I really don’t know what was going on but this is the worst dining experience I’ve had in years already. When we were finished with more than half the plates, the server was reluctant to remove the empty dishes. We finally decided enough was enough and went to the host stand to just check out and get out of there. It took 10 minutes for her to figure out her own computer and ring up two cards. When checking out we asked her to remove the unreceived orange juice from the ticket but after a few minutes of struggling she asked “can I just get you it to go or something?” We just wanted to leave so we agreed and left.

I've been here twice and I must say that I've had positive experiences both times. Even had the same waitress both times. She's very friendly and professional. The service and the food were on point, although I will say I overdid it this time around. I was stuffed by the time I left the restaurant! I will definitely be back.

Ordered from this location with Uber eats and nothing about my order was correct. Pancakes came like this, didn’t get any toppings for my New York Cheesecake pancakes, got all short stack orders instead of full stack and didn’t get one of my 3 bacon orders. I tried calling the store and got busy signal, call cannot be placed message and someone who would pick up and hang the phone right back up. I’ll be disputing my order cost but make sure the delivery driver still gets paid.
