Great safe place; although small apartment the high ceilings and amazing screened balcony made feel much larger - in-unit laundry and amazing facility maintenance team! I would give it 5 stars, but utilities run sort of high on top of pricey rent.

Ive been here for almost 3 mos in 1/1 A/C didn't work, finally ok now Sprinkler system malfunctioned & flooded sidewalk badly Pole lights in courtyard out now fixed Lights in hallway completely out now ok An abundance of bugs & now dealing with 3 inch spiders - really disturbing Jessica & other office staff very good Sometimes hard to contact & no return calls. Very disappointed 😔 Renters remorse

It was very good on the first two years we were living here. Now, my car was opened 3 times without they supposedly can do nothing. They have a good maintenance team, but the worst landscaping company. Take a look to my pictures, two Snakes in less than a week because the landscaping company never trim the huge plants I have in front of my apartment. Rats behind those plants and not to mention, the lake, the lake tbecame a smelly POND full of green algae and the people of the lake doctor never came back to aintain it. Our rent for a 2 bedroom / 2 bedroom went up from 1560$ (pet rent included) to 1875$. The trash company always forgot to take your trash and the cherry of the pie, if your dog barks, when you come home from your job, they will call you and treat you in the worst manner, there is a lady in the office who is black and is a sweetheart, but there is another one that needs a coach in costumer service ASAP. Look in other complex thank me later.
