Update- This complex is bad, not only did they have a ton of roaches' the first time I moved in. its just got worse and worse. They began to change processes and they do not care about tenants. Everytime you walk into the office its a new face. They also say if you want to break your lease you have to give a 60 day notice and pay 2 months of rent after leaving... like huh??? I'm paying 2 months of rent for a place I don't even live at.. yeah I'm good. Don't move here. Every 2 weeks I see a Uhaul truck and trust me they are not moving in. If you're apartment is old they won't make it look nice if you request. They won't paint the walls or strech your carpet unless you are a new tenant moving in. Go and get a tour for yourself but don't act like i did not warn you! I lived in this complex for over 4 years and I'm so done.

I'm going to be honest I've been here for 2 months and I only have one complaint. I see cockroaches quite frequently. When I moved in everything was new and clean. Don't let other people's reviews change your decision, come and see for yourself. Most people only write bad reviews and not good ones. There are a lot of stores around so the area is very convenient. There is even a laundromat 4 min away, walking. But don't take my word come check it out first. I pay around $1170 I told the office about the roach problem and they had a exterminator come quarterly, it might be a certain side of the complex. Update 7/1/2022 - I still live here it has been 4 years. Its still a okay area, things have gotten more expensive. I got my apartment when the price was lower so my rent is like $80 less than a new tenet would pay, but my apartment and stuff is older also. The staff is constantly changing so you will see new faces often. If any problems happen in your apartment they will fix it quite fast. If I was deciding to live here today I would either get a studio for around $1000 somewhere eles that close in winter park or maybe look for a roommate.
