Im living here for 8 years since 2014 when I moved from PR maybe are not the most beautiful buildings maybe is not the best place in front of a very strenuous Semoran Blvd however I have to say that we were able to raise a family with minimum issues. Aloma Elementary is around corner the kids goes walking distance. Maintenance guys and administration are always there to help and hear maybe they can not help you 100 percent but I feel that they do their best. Reading and hearing what is around I prefer to stay here until we can buy home.

I just called to inquire while speaking with Debra she was extremely dismissive very rude and hung up in my face! When I called back she refused to answer. I’ve never been treated so poorly for a simple inquiry if she doesn’t have basic phone etiquette she should find another job!

My daughter, her husband & kids live here at the Aloma apt. for the past 4 yrs & ever since then they have multiple times let them know about MOLD in there bathroom which it’s inside the wall. When the maintenance guys go to “fix” it all they do is take white spray paint & just spray right over it & to them that’s “fix” so unfortunately my daughter is to afraid to do anything about it so I will be reporting them to Housing authorities. As what they should do is get a restoration company to check the mold instead of spray painting over it. I’m not gonna sit back & watch my daughter’s family get sick from the mold in there apartment.

This place is a total dump. I just moved in on 12/17/21 and when I received the apartment it had a terrible odor and it was completely dirty. The manager is sweet and seems to be actively trying to help me. Regardless this apartment is falling apartment and every day something new comes up that needs to be fixed. I don't know where they get off renting a place to a new tenant with out doing a thorough walk through.

Hello, no they're not income based. Although, they are one of, if not the cheapest in the Winter Park area, and they are nice apartments.
